Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager required for a 42 bed residential home just outside of Torquay.
Purosearch are working with a well respected, expanding care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their 42 bed dementia service just outside of Torquay.
We are looking for a manager with a background in elderly and dementia care, who has been previously registered with CQC and who has good local knowledge of the area.
Job Requirements for Care Home Manager:- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management and recruitment
- Care plans, assessments, filling beds
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
- Proven track record of successful home
- Background in dementia and complex care
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
