Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated Associate Director – BSOL Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Provider Collaboratives to join the Trust.The post holder will join the Trust as part of the BSOL Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Provider Collaborative leading the effective delivery of commissioning and transformation responsibilities on behalf of the collaborative.
The post holder will work closely with the Deputy Director of Commissioning & Transformation and senior leaders of the Collaborative offering strategic leadership to a complex and far-reaching programme, ensuring the effective delivery of the collaboratives commissioning and transformation priorities.
The post holder will own the delivery of work projects, ensuring appropriate accountability and decision-making responsibilities are in place and be required to develop positive relationships with partner leads and effective engagement with all stakeholders, including staff, patients and residents of the Birmingham and Solihull.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, which inspire, motivate and influence colleagues at all levels, win hearts and minds and have the drive and determination to succeed and innovate in an ever changing environment.The post-holder will need to have the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced environment. They will be required to deliver to tight deadlines as well as understand some of the sensitivities in relation to the information that they manage and communicate as part of working at scale.
