Are you looking for a new opportunity within the care of children? We are looking for an individual who wants to work with children in an acute healthcare setting; developing clinical skills and providing high quality care to children and families.An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated and supportive team working on Northbrook Ward.
- Supporting the assessment and delivery of care to children and young people with a range of care needs within a 24/7 service
- Providing effective evidence-based care for patients under the supervision of qualified practitioners
- To work closely with the Multidisciplinary Team
- Developing enhanced clinical skills such as paediatric venepuncture and cannulation
- The Clinical Support Worker will ensure that they act within their sphere of competence at all times and be confident and accountable for their actions
- Evidence of excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment are essential for the role
