To manage a caseload of service users with a diagnosed learning disability who have been referred to the community team To undertake Occupational therapy assessment with a designated service user caseload, addressing occupational performance and skills deficits tomeet service users needs To plan and implement Occupational therapy interventions (individual orgroup), using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals To monitor, evaluate and modify treatment in order to measure progress and to ensure effective intervention Please see attached job description and person specification for more information.
