Operations/Finance Assistant – Part Time 6month FTC ASAP My client is seeking an operations assistant with experience looking after company finances to take on a 6 month maternity cover, working part time 2-3 days a week. This is a fantastic role for an Operations candidate who has experience looking after all aspects of an office in London, and globally across their other office locations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who is solution orientated, with strong attention to detail, the ability to pre-empt company needs, working with a proactive ‘can do’ approach. The role will be working part time, 2-3 days a week on an initial 6 month contract, with scope to potentially extend/stay permanently. Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including clients, vendors and suppliersOrganise meetings as requiredMaintaining and organising internal records, including contracts, insurances and company documentsOverseeing the staff onboarding and offboardingHandling company finances including invoicing, liaising with accountants and managing the P&LOverseeing daily office operations, including supplies, hardware and IT supportSupport with any internal compliance requests, including Visas and insurancesAct as a point of contact for the HR departmentOrganising company events as required

Educated to degree level preferredStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, driven, and a team playerAbility to multitask and prioritise workloadSolution orientated and forward thinking approachTiger is B Corp Certified.
