Join the education specialists as an Assistant Building Surveyor. With a varied role you will play a key part in the continued growth of this highly-regarded consultancy. Person Specification:- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
- Ideally have post grad experience in Building Surveying
- You may have started on your APC pathway
- You will be driven to develop and progress your career
Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas with full training and support: –
- Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys
- Design
- Specification writing (NBS preferred)
- Contract Administration & Project Management
- Client liaison and management
- Technical due diligence for trusts
Salary & Package: Salary – £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and background.
- Paid overtime

- 22 Days Holiday plus Christmas Shutdown.

- Mileage at 0.45p per mile for business use.
- Professional Membership Fee Paid Annually
- CPD – £750.00 budget allowance per year

- Advance IT set up with laptop / duel screen / pad
