Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Cook Supervisor to join the fantastic team at Audlem St James, Audlem CW3 . This is an exciting, permanent and part time opportunity working 27.5 hours per week across a range of days and shifts.
You will be reporting into our Group Op`s Manager. The role will assume responsibility for all food production across the site.Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education.

A day in the life of a Cook Supervisor:

⦁ Covering food production ⦁ Take ownership and accountability of all operational food management; production and service⦁ Develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return⦁ Computer work is complete and that inventories and reports are completed correctly and at the right time⦁ Be accountable for the management and delivery of budget food subsidy, including GP⦁ Be accountable for stock flow and rotation of product within the unit You'll be set up for success if you have:⦁ Experience operating as a Cook and able to run a kitchen⦁ Hands on and reliable with a strong work ethic⦁ Passion for people and food
