Join our dynamic team as an Event and Digital Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in organizing and promoting various corporate events, including conferences and virtual gatherings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your event management and digital marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, event setup, and day-of-event operations.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for events, including content creation and distribution through social media platforms and other online channels.
• Monitor social media and online forums to engage with the audience, respond to queries, and gather feedback to improve future events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success.
• Track event metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to keep our events innovative and engaging
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning or a similar role.
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
