Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor with a passion for the motor industry We are looking for an experienced and professional individual to join our main dealership team in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £45,000 OTE, with a competitive £30,000 basic salary and a supportive, high-performing work environment.

ð¡ What Youll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs. Your key duties will include:

• Booking in customer vehicles and managing workshop schedules
• Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the service process
• Advising on additional work and service packages
• Preparing accurate job cards and cost estimates
• Liaising with technicians and parts departments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised or main dealership
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
• Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
• Kerridge/Keyloop or similar DMS experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary of £30,000
• On-target earnings of up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday working hours 08:0017:30
• 1 in 4 Saturdays half day
