CSCS Labourer required in Red Lodge, Bury St. Edmunds, for an immediate start.

About the Job

Labourer required for a construction development site.

Key Skills:

Must have previous experience working on a construction site.
Must have rights to work in the UK.
Must have a valid CSCS card.
Full PPE
Competent communication skills
A minimum of 3 years on site experience within New Build sites
The ability to read drawings in conjunction with the plots
Experience and knowledge of NHBC Pre-Plaster works prior to closing up
Experience of cleaning out plots throughout cycle of build
Maintaining site cleanliness externally
Cleanliness of welfare to compound, including toilets
Understanding of Health & Safety, and ability to help maintain this on site
Understanding of receiving and checking all deliveries for errors, and putting away or storing these deliveries in correct location
To control stores, and issue materials accurately
Ability to load out materials from drawings for internal fitment
Ability to work on own initiative
To be trusted as a key holder as site progresses. Unlocking and locking all plots.
