Hours: 8am - 8pm 3ON 3OFF

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate & Maintain Equipment: Set up, operate, and adjust machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production, with minimal
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, document key processes, and ensure compliance with food safety and critical control
- Health & Safety Commitment: Prioritize a safe workplace by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Line Leader and team members to meet daily production targets and maintain
- Process Improvement: Identify and report equipment faults for quick resolution and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and
quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- In-depth knowledge of food production processes, equipment operation, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification, safety knowledge, and manual handling expertise.
- An adaptable, teachable attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and continuously improve.
- A proactive, can-do mindset that thrives in a team-focused environment.
