the role |
as an assistant general manager, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team + guests. you will support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and deliver amazing results

- create a culture where all guests feel valued + cared for, you ensure that every interaction reflects exceptional service, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset
- actively drive sales through your team, creating challenging + achievable targets, supporting the general manager with budgeting, inventory management, labour management + strategic marketing. understanding the business + local area to support commercial decision making
- a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
- really want to understand your team + their needs, recognising what drives them, allowing them to nourish + flourish in their role and career
