About You:

When curriculum, teaching and inclusion align, outcomes change lives. Weavers Academy is seeking a Vice Principal of Quality Education to join an ambitious, high‑performing senior leadership team and drive measurable improvements in student outcomes.
You will be an experienced and credible senior leader with a strong track record of improving teaching, curriculum quality and assessment through evidence‑informed practice. Collaborative and influential, you will inspire leaders and teachers through high‑quality professional learning and rigorous evaluation.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven record of impact: recent and demonstrable success in leading and securing sustained improvements in pupil outcomes at Academy level.
  • A commitment to equity: the ability to remove barriers and secure high achievement for disadvantaged pupils, pupils with SEND, those known to children’s social care, and high‑ability pupils.
  • The ability to challenge and develop staff: a proven capacity to maintain high expectations, avoid unconscious lowering of ambition, and ensure learning effectively stretches and supports all pupils.
  • An ambitious moral purpose: an unwavering belief that all pupils
  • including the most vulnerable and the most able
  • deserve to be challenged and supported to achieve excellence.
