Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Lecturer in Art & Design FE to join our Digital and Creative Innovation (DACI) team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of creative professionals while contributing to a dynamic and forward-thinking academic environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:As a Lecturer in Art & Design FE, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main duties will involve:
Delivering and managing inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard.Assisting with curriculum design, development, and quality improvement.
Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
Using digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE) to enhance student success.
Engaging in research, scholarship, and professional practice to contribute to the academic community.
