Principal Temporary Works Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £55,000 - £85,000 Depending on experience
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and temporary works
- Understanding of BS 5975: 2019
- Team leading experience
- Experience managing complex temporary works packages
- Minimum 5 years experience in a construction environments
- NEBOSH or equivalent
Role information:
- Manage temporary works in accordance with BS 5975: 2019
- Deliver engineering design solutions
- Develop and verify approved temporary works designs
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
- Identify and mitigate potential issues
- Prepare and deliver accurate design briefs
- Ensure designs are checked and approved
- Formalise an inspection test plan and quality control plan
- Ensure works meet requirements
