Job Title: PA / Office Manager Location: Bristol, UK (onsite, 5 days in office) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits We are looking for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join an Investment Management Firm based in Central Bristol, UK.
The position is onsite, 5 days a week and will suit someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing a busy workload with competing priorities. Key Responsibilities: Provide PA support to a team of investment professionals, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and preparation of presentations and marketing materials Maintain CRM records and manage NDAs Act as the main point of contact for the Bristol office, overseeing daily operations, managing supplies, post, enquiries etc.
Support onboarding for new joiners, manage HR documentation, and ensure health & safety and business continuity policies are up to date Organise internal and external events, catering, IT support etc. Key Requirements: Experience in a similar PA/Office Manager role, ideally within Financial Services Strong diary management & travel coordination skills Excellent communication skills Hands on approach and confident front-of-house manner REF: DM92997
