TheirBuilding Performance team are seeking an experienced Building Performance
Engineer to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a
well-established organisation that can offer you the support you need, while
being known for investing heavily in their employees' learning and development, and having great career progression opportunities. You will be expected to run
your own projects, working through the RIBA stages as well as working as part
of a larger team. The office has a relaxed, flexible culture and regular social
incentives take place.
Your new role
You'llplay a key part at the forefront of the building performance team and will be
expected to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
Your key
responsibilities will include:
- Lead all
- Develop and
performance.
- Conduct
operational energy analysis, and BREEAM evaluations.
- Provide
indoor air quality.
- Collaborate
solutions into MEP designs.
- Prepare
stakeholders.
- Mentor and
- Stay abreast
building performance and sustainability.
What you'll need to succeed- Bachelor's
- Chartered
professional body (e.g., CIBSE, IMechE).
- Must have
- A minimum of
an MEP consultancy environment.
- Proficiency
other relevant analytical tools.
- In-depth
certification schemes (e.g., BREEAM, LEED, WELL).
- Excellent
- Proven
- Demonstrated
delivery.
