Shift pattern: Scheduled between 3 am and 10 pm, including weekends- Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

AS A COMMIS CHEF, YOU’LL:
- Help with deliveries.
- Prepare meats and vegetables.
- Assist fellow chefs.
- Assist in stock rotation.
- Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Demonstrate effective time management for preparation and food service.
- Understand precise measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
- Confidently cook completed dishes from the menu.
