HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER- Salary: Circa £60,000 (dependent upon skills and experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Health & Safety Manager to lead our efforts in fostering a proactive Health &Safety culture. This is a vital position where you’ll take ownership of our Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance
with current regulations and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and manage Health & Safety programmes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage incident reporting, communications, and data analysis.
- Provide leadership and training to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, offering expert advice and support.
- Deliver performance insights through detailed reports to senior management.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- A degree qualification or equivalent (NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, etc.).
- A comprehensive understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation.
- At least five years of experience in Health & Safety management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
