Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant front of house team, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the team, ensuring that staff are trained, supported, and engaged in delivering the best possible service.
Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to ensure availability of products while minimising waste.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
