Mailroom Operative

What you’ll do:
- Collecting mail/packages from the floors and loading bay
- Meeting couriers for deliveries and collections
- Scanning items with an X-ray and tagging in mail/packages onto the system
- Delivering mail/packages to the floors
- Helping with portering duties
- Managing stationery and their orders
- Answering phones and emails
- Booking of couriers, local and international
- Looking after the physical side of printers – stocking of paper, jams, ink replacement
What you bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills for record keeping/tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a mail room or similar is a plus, but not essential.

- £13.15 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
