Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Pay: Starting at £110 per day

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Support Learning: Step in to supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay engaged and on-task.
- Deliver Pre-Set Work: Follow lesson plans and provide a structured learning environment.
- Encourage Growth: Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, motivating students to succeed.
- Manage the Classroom: Uphold school policies and ensure student behavior aligns with expectations.

What We’re Looking For
A passion for working with young people and helping them thrive.Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Confidence in supervising lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment.
Previous experience in education or working with students is a bonus but not essential.
