Job Description
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting a wide variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to our specialty alcoholic coffees. You'll work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
We're looking for someone who loves engaging with people, has a passion for mixology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty coffees, to the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Engage with guests, offering drink recommendations and providing a warm and friendly service experience.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and ensure all bar equipment is in proper working condition.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our drink menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process orders and payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar, restaurant, or cocktail lounge.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and drink-making techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
