As a Corporate Solicitor, you will manage a diverse workload encompassing high-value mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and the negotiation of complex supply contracts.You will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional service for which the firm is renowned, developing meaningful relationships with clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Handling a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, and complex supply contracts.Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients.
Preparing and maintaining file documentation in line with compliance requirements.
About you
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
NQ- 4 PQE Solicitor - with a keen interest or background in Corporate Law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a focus on client care.The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
