What You'll Do:As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your daily tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls with a warm and welcoming tone
- Meeting and greeting clients, and offering refreshments
- Taking accurate notes during calls and sending follow-up emails
- Keeping the reception area tidy and smart at all times
We are on the lookout for a reliable individual who can bring a touch of positivity to our front desk. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be highly organised and detail-oriented
- Possess a friendly demeanour with a professional approach
