We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will introduce high-end clients to our luxury bespoke joinery solutions, strengthening our reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
Utilising your expertise in phone-based outreach, you will act as the first point of contact for some of the UK’s most discerning clients, engaging with decision-makers, scheduling consultations and qualifying opportunities for bespoke residential and commercial projects.
You will also help move projects through the pipeline by securing quality quoting enquiries, develop rapport with key stakeholders, maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, and position our services to align with their vision.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system
- Participate in zoned periods of focused activity
- Use LinkedIn and other network tools to access key contacts
About You
To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:
- Previous experience in phone-based sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- The ability to recognise buying and warning signals over the telephone
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to qualify opportunities effectively
- A self-motivated and proactive approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams
- GCSEs or equivalent
