Associate Director - Highways

We’re recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking transport consultancy as they continue to grow their Birmingham team. They’re now looking for an Associate Director to play a key leadership role - driving project delivery, managing client relationships, and shaping future growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior transport professional ready to step into strategic leadership while staying close to the technical detail.

What you/'ll be doing:

• Leading and overseeing high-profile transport and infrastructure projects
• Representing the business in key client and stakeholder meetings
• Shaping business strategy and service development
• Managing and mentoring a growing team
• Driving project delivery, budgets, technical standards, and client satisfaction

What you/'ll need:

• Strong technical background in transport planning or highways infrastructure
• Leadership experience and a commercially driven mindset
• Ability to manage client relationships and oversee complex projects
• Knowledge of DMRB, MfS, and relevant design/standards

What’s on offer:

£70,000-£80,000 base salary
