*New* £34,189 total yearly earnings (includes hourly pay, sleep-ins and on-call)
*New* Additional £5 per hour on bank holidays

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping young people and children in need to join our team of care superheroes at The Forge in Nuneaton as a Senior Residential Care Worker.
The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.
- A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent is desirable for this role.
- This role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Aged 21 or over
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis
We invest in all of our employees, and we will provide a full programme of mandatory training for the role as part of an induction and then further bespoke training.
