A Level 3 childcare educator, also known as an Early Years Educator, is responsible for the education and development of children from birth to five years old. Their duties include:
Planning and teaching: Creating and implementing learning activities that support children's development and prepare them for schoolAssessing and monitoring: Observing children and recording their learning and development to inform planning
Supporting children's needs: Meeting the care needs of individual children, such as feeding, changing nappies, and administering medicine
Creating a safe environment: Ensuring children feel safe, secure, and respected
Working with others: Collaborating with parents, carers, and other professionals to meet the needs of each child
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Early Years level 3 Qualification / Enhanced DBS / Peadriatric First Aid / Safeguarding Training/ Food Safety Training.
