Your Role as a VAT Senior Manager / Associate Director

As a VAT Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead on VAT planning opportunities, identifying and executing tax-efficient strategies.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on complex VAT matters.
  • Drive business development, leveraging internal relationships and spearheading marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Play an active role in firm-wide initiatives, including networking events, client seminars, and training sessions.

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within VAT.
  • Strong technical expertise in VAT advisory services.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and grow a team.
  • A commercial mindset, with a track record of meeting targets and driving profitability.
