If you have a knack for cash collections and love building strong relationships, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Chasing Payments: Collect external customer debt, primarily over the phone.
- Resolving Issues: Address and resolve disputes that might prevent payment.
- Building Relationships: Forge strong connections with internal and external customers to streamline the cash collections process.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience and Skills: Solid background in Collections/Credit Control, with problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent telephone manner and clear, effective communication skills.
- Teamwork and Organisation: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
