Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the Head Gardener with tasks such as weeding, cleaning ponds, and undertaking general unskilled tasks.
- Contribute to building and installing landscape features to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team leaders and support various on-site tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Effectively and safely use power tools and hand tools.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A full UK driving licence and have reliable transport due to the location of the work site.
- Previous experience in landscaping is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are essential.
