Job Description

Finance Administrator responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining financial records and reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Contributing to budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Processing invoices and liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting the Finance department with administrative duties
  • Assisting in the financial audit processes
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Supporting the general wider team with ad hoc finance-related tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • An educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of systems e.g., Microsoft office and SAP
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great organisational skills e.g., meeting deadlines
