Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£105 per day | Long-term to Permanent | ASAP

LTF Recruitment is working with a local Primary School in Harrow, HA3, looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible. This role involves supporting children in Year 1 and Year 2 with SEN needs, as well as leading targeted interventions to boost learning and development.

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering work and activities for Year 1 and Year 2 pupils.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, helping them work towards their learning targets.
• Planning and delivering interventions to support pupils' academic and personal development.
• Contributing to pupil records through observations and progress tracking.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop strategies that support children's individual needs.

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN pupils.
• Experience supporting children in primary education, particularly in Key Stage 1.
• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping children succeed.
