Are you ready to take on a leadership role in one of the UK's fastest-growing kitchenware retailers? ProCook is seeking a passionate and dedicated Store Manager to oversee our store operations and lead a dynamic team!
This is an exciting opportunity to manage our new store location and create a vibrant shopping experience for our customers, where quality kitchenware meets exceptional service.
This is a new store opening in the Cotswold Designer Outlet Tewkesbury - July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire your team towards achieving sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Foster a positive team environment through training and development initiatives.
- Engage with customers to address their needs and enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a retail management position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service acumen and a passion for cooking and kitchenware.
- Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective improvement strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
