What You’ll Be Doing- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Assisting teachers with the delivery of tailored learning plans designed to meet individual needs.
- Using the school’s intervention rooms and wellbeing resources to support students in a calm and focused setting.
- Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Encouraging independence, resilience, and self-confidence in all your interactions as a Learning Support Assistant.
- Specialist SEN Facilities: Designed to meet the needs of a higher-than-average number of SEN students.
