SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Support students in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to different needs.
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification) is desirable but not essential.
