What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:30 Hours Per Week - Hours available between 07:00 - 22:00
The main duties of this position:
- Traveling to visit people in their own homes
- Helping with medication
- Personal care
- Oral Care and grooming
- Food preparation and cooking
- Domestic duties
- Laundry duties
- Accessing the community

- Experienced Home Care Practitioner
- Happy to travel around the various areas we serve, including Hertford, Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth and surrounding villages.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence and own a car with business insurance
- Empathic and professional
- Punctual
- Knowledge of food hygiene preparation
- Willingness to learn
