Legal Clerk - Scunthorpe

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Lincolnshire, which is currently seeking to recruit a Legal Clerk to join their Children Safeguarding legal team.

The council can pay a rate of £14.99ph umbrella. This is a 3 month rolling contract and can operate on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities Of The Legal Clerk Role:

• Assist the Principal Solicitor, other fee earners and legal clerks to effectively manage a legal caseload of cases relating to the protection of children.
• Deal with the administration side of the case management system.
• Handle any other administrative tasks required by the team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ideally legal case management experience.
• Someone who is hard working and IT literate.
