At krow, we collaborate within a network of creative agencies across 28 locations worldwide, led by entrepreneurs who encourage an independent spirit.

We’re on the hunt for a junior, integrated creative team to join us in our central London office on Tottenham Court Road.

You will work with krow and its sister agency, Livity across an exciting roster of clients and in every channel imaginable.

Role:

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious senior creative team to play an integral role within our agency. A team with a ferocious appetite for making their ideas happen. People who roll their sleeves up and get their heads down to find the best way to answer briefs, and who craft compelling presentations that make their work impossible not to buy.

They will relish being given responsibility and helping junior members of the team develop their craft.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Creative Team
  • A portfolio that shows you have broad experience and the ability to create standout multi-channel work.
Experience working on social and digital campaigns.
  • A beady eye for detail and a commitment to crafting every execution, from social films and OOH, to in store posters and customer emails. Nothing will be too small for you to care about.
  • Strong copywriting and art direction skills – You will take great pride in your craft and will be up for championing it within the agency.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving integrated creative agency.
  • Collaborative nature – You’ll be required to work closely and productively with creatives from other krow offices and with the team at our sister agency, Livity.
  • Leadership qualities – You will have the ability to drive you own work forward and to helping junior team members develop theirs.
