Responsibilities for the New Product Development Team Leader based in Southampton, Hampshire, will include:- Line management of the Product Development team
- Project management of the Product Development activities
- Delivery of the Product Development Roadmap
- Have input into the company development Roadmap
- Experience of New Product Development
- Experience of working within an optical manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of optics, electronic design, mechanical design and coding firmware and
Software
