Outbound Sales Executive

We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and take our sales to new heights. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your home, a coffee shop, or even while traveling — as long as you’ve got the right tools and mindset to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads
Generate and qualify leads, building strong client relationships
Present, promote, and sell our products/services using a consultative sales approach
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Follow up with prospects to close deals and maintain an active pipeline

Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients in CRM software

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or similar roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills — you know how to capture interest and close deals!
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and an unwavering desire to succeed
Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Ability to quickly learn new products/services and adapt to market needs

Requirements:

Access to a stable internet connection, a computer, and a phone — this is a remote role!
Strong time management and organizational skills

Experience with CRM software is a plus
