East Surrey Hospital Occupational Therapy Department is a friendly, forward thinking and innovative department with a well- established CPD program and a focus on developing staff.
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate OTs to participate in our wide range of clinical rotations.
Rotations are available in the following clinical areas:
- Trauma and elective Orthopaedics
- General Surgical and Amputee Team
- Stroke and Neuro Therapy Team
- Front Door Team- ED
- Care of the Elderly Team
- Intermediate Care
- Medical Team
- Cardio Respiratory team
Supervision is highly regarded within the department as a method of ensuring all staff are supported in their professional development and career progression. Furthermore, the department has a structured in-service training programme alongside monthly Band 5 peer support meetings.
Our department operates an integrated therapy service, where Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists work alongside each other in each of the clinical areas.
