JOB DESCRIPTION
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
I am an independent 24 year old lady living in the Llantrisant area. I have left Erbs Palsy (paralysed left arm) and ADHD, alongside struggling with anxiety, I have grown up with my disabilities so I am quite independent.
I am a Full time musician and a PhD student and continue to work and study in the music industry. I would like a PA for support when I am out in the community and in the home.
I have an interest in fitness and health and sport and am an Ex Paralympic athlete.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist me when out in the community and around the home.
RATE(S) OF PAY
£13.00 per hour.
HOURS OF WORK
5 Hours per week.
With flexibility on when these hours may be scheduled.
TASKS CAN INCLUDE
Household dutiesAny other reasonable task
Going to shops
Meal planning and prepping
Managing weekly task load and goal setting
Encouraging the individual to pursue rest breaks (e.g. short walks)
General Admin (e.g., managing schedules, etc.)
Supporting at doctor appointments.

ABOUT THE JOB
This position is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS Disclosure (Police Check), which must be completed prior to the commencement of employment. The cost of this check will be covered by the Local Authority.
All necessary checks will be conducted to verify that any candidate has the legal right to work in the UK before employment begins.
Although this is a part-time role, it is a legitimate position requiring the submission of a National Insurance number. Employment will commence under an initial trial period.
Wages will be paid on a four-weekly / monthly basis and appropriate holiday pay will be provided.
