Week 1 – 4 shifts
Week 2 – 3 shifts
Enhanced pay rate available for additional shifts at £18.00 per hour

TM Scotland have an exciting opportunity and are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a family run business, Abbotsford Care (Glenrothes) Ltd, to add Care Support Workers to their existing team based in a popular Residential Care Home in Kirkcaldy.
Our Clients’ business was established in 1987 and they now have over 500 employees based in different locations across the Fife area. They take pride in investing in their people via an excellent training and development program with ongoing Mentor support.
Previous experience is not required, however, a caring and understanding nature and a willingness to learn will stand you in good stead for this role.
Role and responsibilities of a Care Support Worker:- Providing personal care support to the highest standard
- Moving and transferrin of residents
- Nightly cleaning tasks
- Excellent training from day 1
- 12 weeks temp to perm for the right candidate after successfully completing probation
- Guaranteed hours – 40.25 per week – 8am-8pm
- Extra shifts available to cover holidays and sickness paid at time and a half
