We are delighted to announce that we are opening a new bar in the heart of Brentwood, Essex in October 2024. The bar which is named The Duchess and The Dressmaker will sit within our high street premium offer with fresh seasonal food, on trend cocktails, great music, and events.

The bar is in the centre of the town and will pick up trade from a wide base including locals, shoppers, and office workers.

We are now looking for Kitchen Assistants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Assistant
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session
  • Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service
  • Be a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required
