The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities, assisting with lesson preparation, and helping students thrive academically and socially. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Provide additional support to students who need extra help, both in and outside the classroom.
  • Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
  • Help prepare educational materials and resources for lessons and activities.
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to support pupils academic and personal development.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, following the UK curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning and development.
  • A team player who is adaptable and able to respond to changing needs within the classroom.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • An understanding of child development and different learning needs.
