As a Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role in overseeing cost management for a variety of modular and traditional design and build projects. This company is the UK's top offsite manufacturer and you will join a dynamic team offering a great working environment with opportunities for career growth. Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:
Managing all costs associated with modular construction and traditional design-build projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. Preparing essential documentation such as tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities to effectively control project costs.
Evaluating cost variations and providing regular financial reports to all relevant stakeholders.
As A Quantity Surveyor You Will Have:
Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and financial management. Experience with both traditional and modular construction methods, working closely with design and build contractors. Ideally, experience managing residential or high-rise construction projects.
