Senior UX Designer (B2B) Reigate / WFH to £80k
Are you a data centric, detailed orientated UX Designer looking for an opportunity to progress your career?
You could be progressing your career as a Full Stack Developer at a global InsurTech business that is producing game changing technology.
As a Senior UX Designer you'll work on the Life Assurance B2B platform used by global insurance companies to underwrite group life assurance policies, the product is highly complex with customer workflows that require high levels of detail. You'll understand the client requirements via research and discovery workshops, using data driven insights to design flows / processes, user journeys and personas, collaborating with engineers in Sydney to put your ideas into practice.
Location / WFH:
There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office 1-2 days a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings. Please note as you'll be collaborating with engineers in Sydney you'll need to start / finish early a couple of days a week, working 0630-1430 (great for those with school runs or hobbies / interests).
About you:
- You are an experienced UX Designer / Engineer with meticulous attention to detail
- You have strong B2B experience
- You have a strong portfolio of detailed UX design work
- You are a data driven decision maker with strong research skills and experience of running discovery workshops with clients
- You have usability testing skills
- You have an appreciation of UI coding, CSS, UI frameworks and experience of collaborating with software engineers to define UI strategy, layouts, interactions, flows, decisions and low resolution wireframes
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You're likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or other STEM discipline, although it's not essential
