To succeed in this role, you must be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon experienced in delivering exceptional care, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and teamwork. You should have a background in fostering a progressive clinical culture, supporting nurse consults, and Schedule 3 procedures.Coaching and influencing colleagues to create a collaborative, high-performing team environment is essential.
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to patients during consultations and procedures, ensuring their health and well-being are always top priority. You'll keep clients informed with clear and concise updates on their pets' status and treatment plans, making sure they feel reassured and in the loop.
The practice is located within the peak district, surrounded by natural scenery and beautiful countryside. The area boasts a vibrant community with a variety of local events and festivals throughout the year, as well as fantastic local amenities.
The Rota:- Permanent Full-Time Role
- 4 day week
- 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends
- Part time applicants welcome, open to flexibility
- 5 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising with length of service
- Salary of £40,000 - £72,000 DOE
